I don’t report a ton of posts, but didn’t you used to be able to explain the reason for the report in a text box in addition to checking a button? E.g., if someone makes a wildly anti-semitic post, currently I can only click a button saying that this is inappropriate, but I would prefer being able to click said button saying it is inappropriate and explain what anti-semitic tropes are included in the post. ---

There is a “something else” option for reporting a post that has that “text box to describe the something else”. But I would suggest using the other options (selecting the one that best fits your assessment) and trust that the moderators will review and discuss the issue. But I do see the flagged post and will take a look at it. IIRC, when we do respond, a DM is sent to you as well. The initial response is usually a generic one to let you know that the moderators have seen it and acted upon it. You can use this DM to add any context or nuance you want considered.
