Oh, uh… yeah, as the article vaguely touches on, that’s a very powerful position. I believe it has jurisdiction over most January 6th cases. I think it’s the only court in the land that can adjudicate federal and local (district) crimes.
It’s basically among the courts that should have the best legal minds, similar to SCOTUS.
