Dad-gummit, I want to see a Cracker Barrel on the Cracker Barrel sign that has Cracker Barrel written on it. Cuz, well, I never learned to read!!

I’ve been once, years ago. It was pretty disgusting. Portions and the food were just…lets just say it was quite an American experience.

They are folksy, charming, relatively inexpensive, and the food tastes good (although may not be a good choice for the calorie conscious ones amongst us)

I’ve driven by them so many times when I’m in the US of A. Never got around to trying it out tho. :man_shrugging:

I’ve been disappointed every time I made an effort to try an American restaurant.

drive an hour out of my way just to say I’d tried white castle. it was horrible. tried popeyes, it was fine but just ok. we now have a chik fila near us, mediocre I don’t see what the fuss is about.

actually, krispe Kreme, those are actually unique and awesome as a treat.

also I met my spouse at an American restaurant chain.

I’m amazed that anyone really cares. If this gets you fired up, you’re doing it wrong. Re-evaluate some things.

I just found out my city is getting an Olive Garden.

Honestly, while the food scene is good here, the Italian options are a bit shit. I’ll probably go from time to time.
