Was there a post added to this thread that detached due to faulty rivets? Last post was almost a year ago but shows recent activity.
Iāve noticed that every now and then. Iām assuming the posts are too riveting for our delicate actuarial sensibilities.
Sometimes a thread does get bumped due to a spam post that a mod deleted.
That didnāt happen here this time. Someone made a post, then deleted their own post. That also bumps the thread.

Oh, that might have been me. I recently read a thread not realizing it was old, responded to an old post, then noticed the ā10 months laterā on my post, decided my response wasnāt interesting enough to justify bumping a 10 month old thread, and deleted it.
I no longer recall if it was this thread, but maybe it was. It does seem like it was specifically 10 months later which is the age of this thread, so probably it was me. Arthur Itas can confirm if he remembers / can easily check.

Well I probably caused more of a fuss than simply responding to a 10 month old thread would have doneā¦ not my intention. Next time Iāll just add a āoops, didnāt realize this was an old threadā disclaimer.

Ha. I remember on the old AO (or something similar) that there would be a request for advice on an upcoming EL job interview and someone would reply 10 years later. You know, just in case they still didnāt get an EL position.

I once had a potential employer respond to my application about 4 years after I applied to tell me that they decided not to interview me.
