10 days to the trading deadline! No one’s all that far out of it, but definitely some possibilities. And we’re all chasing Zeke right now… but pretty balanced season for the first time in a few years (or maybe my sleep deprivation is making me hallucinate like an AI-bot).

Trade deadline is today… all quiet so far!
Living up to my name… with Fried I’m now up to 5 guys (87% owner or more) on the IL… the one who isn’t coming back is Keeper Kurtz 
Just got an update from my pitcher Kyle Harrison that they changed 5 of his earned runs to unearned runs from his start last week. I lost ERA 4.36 to 4.26 but with this adjustment my ERA would go to 3.75 but it doesn’t look like they will go back and change that and I’m fine with that. Just wondering how often this type of thing happens. Is it quite often but I only noticed because it was one of my players?

Looks like if it’s not in on Monday, you’re out of luck. These were the one’s that didn’t count last week alone.

Went back through Week 11… there’s a LOT of stat changes that don’t make the cut, mostly from non-rostered players though. The only other really big one, I missed out on a -6 ER adjustment for Joe Ryan a few weeks ago… didn’t impact the stats though. Almost everything else is +/- 1.
Wow I didn’t know this was a thing they did and that it happened that often. Even RBI going up or down by 1 could make or break a tie in that category.

I knew it happened… I had no idea it was this prevalent. There were some weeks with dozens of +/- 1 changes that weren’t counted. Wonder if the official scorer audit crew doesn’t work Mondays?
Good luck to everyone for this last week of the regular season! Only one team has clinched, although YT’s Magic Number is 0.5 and Turkey Hollow and Nippon are less than 2 (category numbers).
Yours truly and yours truly’s friend Skuby are fighting off Kid Rock and his Sox, with UA? still mathematically alive.
Really good regular season, my friends said despite her not being on the group chat she’s really enjoyed this league (she hasn’t played a non-points or keeper league in a few years).
Let’s all finish better than Kyle Tucker (I can’t believe he moved all the way from the Can’t Cut list to the Waiver Wires in under $40M of playing time.

Going into the weekend, the teams in 4th-7th place are all losing their matchups… each has two categories except your truly, who has NONE.

Made a last-minute effort to steal Ks, but came up 2 short! Had the 5-5 tie (with the tie-breaker) until mid-afternoon when IL-List grabbed 2 extra wins…and my late relief win wasn’t quite enough.
1st place in the regular season still my best showing in a long, long time!!

I thought I had it locked up with the 8-2 lead on Thursday/Friday and you made quite a run. Great match-up! And yes it was a very impressive regular season.

Coming off the actual Subway Series, we have a semi-Subway series. The IL-List is a die hard Mets fan for those who don’t know (and Polar Bear Pete is coming to town to remind me of what should have been). So we have a Mets vs. Yankees championship battle!
Can YT come from (almost) Worst to First? Can IL/TA go back-to-back? Will anyone care since this is a free league and football started? All to be answered in the coming week!

Correct. We got rid of the last week of the season to avoid skipped starts and starters getting benched.
