Nice win by LAK last night, as I was present to see Kopi one (maybe) last time live.
Still thinking about going on Saturday, as I will already be downtown later that night.
LAK play EDM on Saturday (day game). Then the three bottom dwellers on the road. Still need all the points to stay ahead of NSH. Stupid Ducks just got ate up by NSH the other night, but Utah came through last night.
At least LAK will lose to COL instead of EDM in the first round.
Bigger test is what they do with all the money they won’t spend on Kopi.

I got a lot of rooting to do tonight: EDM to lose, and ANA and LAK to win. That puts LAK and ANA in 3rd and 2nd places, meaning less travel. Avoids LAK playing EDM yet again, or, worse, playing COL at altitude.
EDM will not lose to VAN so you can scratch that off your wish list.
COL at sea level will also be tough.
I didn’t pay the $20 a month to watch the Blackhawks this season, so I’m going into watching the playoffs blind. Which first round series should be the most exciting?
The vibes are strong (for now) in Buffalo!
Oilers game seemed like it was all Anaheim from the second period on until their defender fell over allowing Edmonton to tie it up. Anaheim seemed to do a really good job shutting down the McDavid line.
Nothing like a Montreal home game. The pre-game vibe sends chills down my spine. Go Habs Go.
