I think that vitriol is new. I felt very warm and fuzzy about the CAS when i joined.
Engagement and satisfaction have plummeted.
The real question is why this is so and I don’t feel like the CAS is asking that. It seems like they think they are still in your era.

The leadership is mostly my age.
I wonder how much of that is individuals becoming less engaged/satisfied, and how much of that is cohort-driven (newer members being less engaged/satisfied than longer-tenured members were when they joined a much smaller guild).
