A 2 time champ and runner up last 2 years gone in first week is a big deal. That is certainly unexpected.

Thanks for letting me in, if only for a minute lol! Life should slow down more next year and I can hopefully remember to get to pick from all the games.

The who benefitted the most for letting CaptainDingo in (with or without a penalty) is . . .

Week 2
QB: M.Ryan (IND)
RB: D.Henry (TEN)
WR: D.Waller (LVR)

I can’t remember the last time I won a booster in this game.

I remember in 2013 I made the finals without winning a booster the whole season. Unfortunately that meant my odds were very poor in the finals as the opponents had boosters.

Go get em, Vorian!! All the way to the end to avenge my death!!

Seems like another award should be provided: Boosterless Champion: if you make it to the “finals” without ever winning a single booster, you’re awarded a booster equal to the kth percentile of boosters used for the final.

For example, suppose 3 people have boosters of 100, 200, and 300, respectively.

  • If k = 100; then the Boosterless Champion gets a 300 booster.
  • If k = 50; then it’s a 200 booster
  • If k = 75; then it’s a 250 booster (linear interpolate to the percentile based on the two values closest to the value of k)

Note that if only one player has a booster, then this award would be k*booster
