Good point, Ted. Anything beats an automatic zero. In which case, I’d like to change my RB pick to NHarris PIT. Penalty would probably be same as choosing blank (e.g., Blair Thomas).
Sticking with QB DJones, WR DWaller as my other Wk 3 picks.
Don’t think it will matter either way, because OddSox doesn’t have an entry as we kick off the noon games.
Absent players don’t usually keep someone from being eliminated

It hasn’t been allowed…ever that I recall.
And to Patience point, no shows have always been booted in addition to the preannounced number of booties for that week.

If I was Odd Sox I would post with Sunday/Monday players. Usually UA allows posting until he closes the posts with penalties. He hasn’t done that yet.

While he’s usually allowed penalty entries before Sunday kickoff, he has not allowed folks to submit after the morning games started on Sunday in years past.
Rules are clear on that. No submissions after first kickoff. Missed that.

Some clarifications/comments based on prior posts:
Looking at the time-stamp, this looks like it was posted on Saturday, so it will get a 50 point penalty, but still be a valid submission. (Note: As y’all know, the penalties for late submissions is not to be gamed; if there’s suspicion that you’re purposely posting a late triplet, you will not be allowed to make a late submission. Given Whiskey’s history, I’m fairly certain that this was not an intentional late posting.)
Yes, it is too late. You may never change a triplet once it’s posted (the lone exception being you discover you’ve repeated someone else’s triplet for the week). That’s a risk we all live with in this game.
Correct. We always drop the lowest score(s) each week; absent players do not get a score, but they are also eliminated.
Just to confirm what folks have said above, we don’t allow players to make “late triplet” picks, because those players would have way too much information on how everyone else has done so far (e.g., you discover that someone has a triplet with two players who performed very poorly, so you don’t need to pick a strong SNF/MNF triplet to cover the low score).
… and I think that catches me up on comments. I’ll try to get a preliminary scoring out sometime Monday morning.
