This is a hard “no”. 3 is a softer “no”. I don’t think it’s a common household item, but I might be wrong.
  13. soyleche: Is it typically public property? No

Not outside, not in a house, not on public property…

Is it typically found in an office building?

I didn’t ask if it was on public property. I asked if it was public property. I guess most things that are on public property are public property, but not all of them.

Is that an official question?

Yes, official

  14. twig93: Is it typically found in an office building Yes

Hmmm, interesting.

Unofficial speculation: something not common in a home but common in an office.

So it can’t be something like a computer or a desk or an office chair because people have those at home.

People can get inside cubicles. Telephones that aren’t cell phones have metal inside.

What else is at an office but not at home?

I was thinking of keycards but people take those home with them. And the scanners use electricity, as do vending machines, ice-makers, and drinking fountains.

Gosh this is the one time I wish I’d been to the office more recently!

Maybe a urinal? Not common in homes, common in offices, don’t use electricity. Some are public property though.

Gah!

I was thinking it might be a water fountain, but that is almost always metal. So maybe not.

It could be a whiteboard. They’re not super common in households, assume less than the 30% threshold, and definitely not the likeliest place to find it, hence the harder no for 12.
